Arusha → Machame Gate → Machame Camp

✔ Overnight at Machame Camp (2,900m)
✔ Hiking: 5–7 hours
✔ Climb to Lava Tower (4,630m) for acclimatization
✔ Descend to Barranco Camp (3,900m)
✔ “Climb high, sleep low” strategy
✔ Hiking: 6–8 hours
Shira Camp → Lava Tower → Barranco Camp
Day 3
✔ Climb the famous Barranco Wall
✔ Shorter trekking day for recovery
✔ Overnight at Barafu Camp (4,640m)
✔ Hiking: 4–5 hours
Barranco Camp → Barafu Camp (via Karanga)
Day 4
✔ Transition from rainforest to moorland
✔ Gradual ascent to Shira Camp (3,500m)
✔ Hiking: 5–6 hours

Barafu Camp → Uhuru Peak → Mweka Camp
