Day 1
Arusha → Marangu Gate → Mandara Hut
✔ Pickup in Arusha (or Moshi) → drive to Marangu Gate.
✔ Registration & briefing.
✔ Trek through rainforest to Mandara Hut.
✔ Overnight: Mandara Hut (2,720 m)
✔ Long day ascending through alpine desert.
✔ Overnight: Kibo Hut (4703 m)
Horombo Hut → Kibo Hut
Day 3
✔ Midnight start.
✔ Summit at Uhuru Peak (~5895 m) for sunrise.
✔ Descend to Horombo Hut
✔ Overnight: Horombo Hut (3720 m)
Kibo Hut → Uhuru Peak → Horombo Hut
Day 4
Day 2
Mandara Hut → Horombo Hut
✔ Trek across heath & moorland.
✔ Views of Kibo and Mawenzi.
✔ Overnight: Horombo Hut (3720 m)
Day 5
Horombo Hut → Marangu Gate → Arusha/Moshi
✔ Final descent through moorland & rainforest
